Vishakha Kokate is no stranger to innovative, problem-solving construction and design. Vishakha has been working in the construction industry for several years, and she has experience in multiple roles that benefit her in her current position as Project Coordinator for Cedar Creek Energy; she has previously worked in architecture, project management, and estimating.
Vishakha has had global experience working in the field, which allows her to understand and fulfill the varied needs of Cedar Creek Energy’s clients. Her career began as an architect in India, where she obtained her Bachelor’s degree. Vishakha went on to obtain her Master’s in Project Management in Construction from the University of Salford in the United Kingdom before eventually completing a Master’s program in Construction Management at NDSU in Fargo, ND. Vishakha’s passion for the industry is reflected in the extensive education she has pursued.
In her daily role as Project Coordinator for Cedar Creek Energy, Vishakha is tasked with creating preliminary solar project layouts and mapping out the connections required to get new systems up and running. She also monitors current projects and ensures the necessary paperwork is completed and well-organized to expedite the financing and permit process. Vishakha’s favorite aspect of working for Cedar Creek Energy is knowing that the renewable energy systems her clients install are making a difference.
